Cookie policy
In short
This is a translation provided for convenience; the Italian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
This site uses technical cookies only, which are needed to let you log in to the private area and to remember that you are logged in. It does not use profiling cookies, targeted advertising or third-party analytics tools.
For this reason we do not ask for your consent to cookies: technical cookies are allowed without consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
The only exception is the Spotify podcast player: it is not loaded until you press “Load the player” (“Carica il player” on the Italian pages), and only then can Spotify set its own cookies.
01What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a site saves in your browser to remember some information from one page to the next. They can be technical (needed for the site to work) or profiling cookies (used to follow people's behaviour, usually for advertising). This site uses only the former.
02The cookies on this site
| Name | What it is used for | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| fp_session | Keeps you logged in to the private area (signed cookie, not readable by other sites) | 30 days | Technical, first-party |
| fp_signed | Remembers that you are logged in, to show “My area” in the menu | 30 days | Technical, first-party |
| fp_admin | Access to the management area: only people authorised to manage the site receive it | 12 hours | Technical, first-party |
These cookies do not contain test answers or any other health data, and they are deleted when you log out of the private area or when they expire.
03Browser storage
Besides cookies, the site uses browser storage (sessionStorage and localStorage) for a few conveniences that stay on your device:
| Item | What it is used for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Arrival channel | Remembers where you came from (for example Instagram) for anonymous, aggregated statistics | Until the tab is closed |
| AURA exercise drafts | Saves what you write in the exercises (for example the gratitude letter) so you don't lose it; it is not sent to us | Until you delete it |
04Third-party services
Fonts and videos are served from our own site, with no connection to Google or other platforms. Some links lead to external services (Calendly to book the call, Stripe for payments, WhatsApp, Instagram, Typeform): when you open them, those sites may use their own cookies according to their own policies.
| Service | Where | When it is activated | Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spotify (podcast player) | Podcast page, some blog articles, AURA kit | Only if you press “Load the player” on an episode; until then nothing is loaded from Spotify | Spotify cookie policy |
05How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, the private area cannot work. For more information on how we process personal data, read the privacy policy or write to francesca.peruzzi.psy@gmail.com.
