My story

People who trusted me

In the words of those who walked the path

Before I started working with you I felt anxious all the time, everything was confused, I had no energy and I didn't believe in myself. Now I understand how important it is to listen to myself… suffering doesn't scare me the way it used to: it actually reminds me to take care of myself.

Is it right for you?

Just thinking about seeing a psychologist raises questions

I'd like to ask for help, but at the last minute I change my mind. Why?+
Asking for help can be hard. It takes courage, because it means really looking at what hurts. Yet it is also what lets you bring that distress into a safe space, where you can listen to it and explore it from different angles with a qualified professional. The therapeutic relationship makes room for a genuine encounter with your fears, pain and resistance (including resistance to being helped).
How can I deal with anxiety and stress?+
Stress and anxiety involve both body and mind. The most effective way forward is a careful professional assessment and an integrated approach: an assessment of your psychophysical wellbeing, breathing, somatic and mindfulness techniques to manage acute states, and conversations and expressive exercises to untangle what lies deeper.
I've been through a trauma but I can't talk about it. What can I do?+
Trauma work is delicate, and often words don't come, or aren't enough. Trauma-informed strategies let us work safely and respectfully, with approaches that don't rely on talking alone. Through body work and somatic techniques we can explore your experience gradually and with compassion.
Can we work online? And in English?+
Of course. Sessions are available in English, online or in person in Milan. Online work offers flexible scheduling, no time lost travelling and continuity, and it is accessible to people whose difficulties make it hard to attend in person. Mindfulness practices, visualisations and somatic exercises work well at a distance too.

The first step is the hardest. Let's take it together.
