"The first step won't take you where you want to go, but it will take you away from where you are"
Psychological support
Starting a psychological journey is a choice of courage and responsibility that opens new horizons in caring for yourself and helps new awareness to develop. In online psychological sessions I create a relational space of welcome, understanding and trust in which to face psychological suffering.
Sessions are available in English, online or in person in Milan, so you can find trauma-informed psychological support in the language you feel most at home in.
Through our sessions we will explore your personal resources and abilities, shedding light on your deeper needs and on the difficulties that get in the way of reaching and maintaining a state of wellbeing.
My approach is focused on developing your inner resources, to accompany you on the path towards personal fulfilment and help you bring awareness and care for your psychological wellbeing into everyday life.
My programmes are aimed at transforming difficulties and suffering into strength, discovering new ways of relating to yourself and others, learning strategies and tools for psychophysical wellbeing and freeing the personal potential that supports your fulfilment.
Our meetings aim to build a dynamic and flexible path in tune with your individual needs and characteristics.
