Francesca Peruzzi

I'm a psychologist with a Jungian and psychosomatic orientation, and a deep passion for dance, mind-body wellbeing and personal growth. I focus especially on the mind-body connection and on trauma care, with a trauma-informed approach that brings together somatic and self-regulation practices. I work in Italian and in English, online and in Milan.
As a corporate trainer, I support companies and teams with projects on organisational wellbeing, creativity and personal growth. I'm also an artist and a dancer: this is where Moving Mind was born, the method that brings psychology and art together in creative, transformative experiences.
My approach
Beyond words alone
I meet each person as a whole human being: body, mind, relationship with the world around them, and Soul. I bring together different tools and practical strategies, involving the body, creative processes, the deep inner world and concrete action.
The word “Psychology” comes from psychè (soul, breath, spirit) and logos (discourse, study). The care of the soul is a transformative art, an alchemy that deeply reshapes our relationship with ourselves and with others.

Libera is a symbol: it stands for the possibility of creating endless connections for our collective inner evolution. My research is rooted in an embodied, ritual artistic practice where Psyche and Techne meet: through dance I explore the visible and the invisible, recognising movement as a path of inner transformation.
My work grows from a vision that honours wounds and fragility as a generative source. The performances are acts of deep listening on the threshold between who we are and who we might become: spaces where the body resonates in the collective field, giving a voice back to what has been silenced.
